June 9 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg Government's Megan Hughes reports pension and retirement groups are launching a lobbying campaign on behalf of the 70 million Americans who contribute to 401k plans through work. Congressional economists estimate the five-year price tag for 401k tax breaks at $294 billion. The Retirement Planning Lobby estimates the costs at $115 billion over five-years.
