Jim, anyone else would have done major time behind bars (Jim is still around enjoying his retirement). sugarlanskee8 2 weeks ago Reply .5 Children Stolen by CPS in Virginia
Anthoney Conyers-Commissioner of Virginia Dept. of Social Services -Thanks for not doing your JOB!
5 children are not where they need to be. In the video...my son is saying," Ally (his sister) said that they (DSS) said that I didn't want to go home." I said , " they did" and then , "Do you?" and he said , "yes" before being cut off by the DSS worker in the background.
This is a 1 1/2 long video so I'll be uploading other parts of it soon. Along with a video of my other two children.
CPS has set up another visit but this time they are not allowing Video taping due to these videos. Three days after this video CPS told the Judge that the kids have never said they wanted to come home. Our next visit is on June 16th but this time they said we cannot bring our video camera. Wonder why? Our next hearing is now Oct. 9, 2008 to determine if they will come home or not.(update at bottom) CPS is corrupt in many states...watch this video below:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8RIychlsKl4
I have more audio and video of the lies they are telling.
6-13-08...Although I have a letter from my son admitting he lied (resulting in the other 3 children and himself being removed)-the dept. of social services knows this, I got a summons today requiring my wife and I to pay child support for them. They filed it yesterday after we issued a complaint about the foster home he was in http://www.thefranklinnewspost.com/article.cfm?ID=10899.
Then today we received a request for the foster parents to take our youngest two on vacation with them to Pennsylvania-Hell No!
Then our lawyer called to say DSS was scheduling a psychological evaluation for both of us- Hell No! We scheduled our own with someone who isn't paid by them. What else will you people pull out?
Wait there's more... this past weekend they (CPS) moved one of my sons to live with another family in Matinsville , VA. They also told him he would most likely not be able to visit with us on the 16th due to our complaint to the guardian ad litem. Now he wants to run away.
6-16-08
We arrived at visitation and were told that Michael and Christian would not be there because of the new arrangements...they split them up into two foster homes because we complained about the foster parents' abuse. Now my son is in Martinsville, VA.
The clothes and other things we brought them will have to wait.
6-22-08 Still no word on Visitation/Monday more letters did go out.
7-1-08
Sent letters to Gov. Kaine, Anthoney Conyers-DSS Commisioner,Delegate Anne Stark, Senator John S. Edwards, Oma McReynolds, and my lawyer and still no visitation.
July 8th - Last week our Lawyer sent a letter addressing the court ordered visitations to the DSS Lawyer and still we have no visits.
July 9th - We got a call from Mike Dobbins - Supervisor at Giles County Dept. of Social Services to tell us that they are trying to set up visitations (It's been 2 months) with our oldest boys and they've had staff out on vacation but they intend to set up visits within the next two weeks...this will be after the court date on the 21st...that way we have no contact with our children while they work on them some more.
7-20-08 Delegate Ann Crockett Stark of Virginia is now following our story.
7-23-08 Son recanted- charges dropped-judge reorders visitation, still don't have kids back. Did and passed psych. evaluation but DSS won't accept it.
Imagine what it's like to sit there helplessly as one of my sons has lost so much weight due to stress that he looks anorexic. My daughter is sick from the stress. My other son is now acting out in foster homes. My oldest son is in the equivelent of a concentration camp with security camera and guard dogs who will not allow him to move in their vicinity or they try to bite him.
7-31-08
Found proof that Giles County sherriffs deputy Scott Dunn falsified arrest warrants and fabricated one. Thank you Judge Viar for finally getting us our visitation with the kids.
On 10-9-08 we went before the Judge and heard testimony from the prosecutors witnesses. One psycholgist that was seeing my oldest two sons isn't even licensed in Virginia. He and his associate committed purgury on the stand-this will come out later. He has since stopped "treating" at least one of my sons. We were there for 6 hours and the case was continued until Nov. 13th. The Judge was going to give our children back but Oma McReynolds protested it.
Nov.13,2008
Physical custody of our chidren was returned to my wife. DSS still has legal custody. Even though I was found not guilty DSS still has a no contact order on me in regards to my children. It was solely based on the allegations. Our next court date is in Jan.so we have to wait until then to get the no contact order dimissed. We're still a broken family. The holidays won't be the same. Please rate and comment.
