Fifth Third Bank Harassing Me

I know the text/description in the video goes a little fast, so you may need to pause to read some of the story. This is an animated video of a REAL phone call my boyfriend and I recorded when I called Fifth Third Bank back on July 12th, 2011 after they had called my phone FOUR times between 10 AM and 1 PM. They have called my phone every single day from the middle of June and still continue to harass me. The phone calls are multiple, all the same recorded message telling me to call the number that called me back and talk to someone about my account. I have called THREE times and on each occasion, I have told them I am going to be closing my account and I know my account standings, etc... I told them that I filed complaints to the FTC about the multiple calls even after I have asked them to stop many times. The call volume has increased since I told them to stop. I have much more evidence I can provide in a later video if I get the chance to make one. I recommend choosing a different bank with better customer service and a business that follows the guidelines given by the FTC. This bank doesn't have great benefits whatsoever. All of these calls I'm getting are because of a tiny amount of $22.00 in fees.
